COVID-19 Response

The following statement is from the STCC Board regarding COVID-19:

South Transcona Community Centre was in a reduced operating state beginning March 2020 in preparation for upcoming renovations, this included limiting our current community programs and not allowing for hall bookings to avoid delays in starting the renovations and unexpected cancellations.

As a precaution and in-line with the recommendations from the City of Winnipeg, the facility will close effective immediately until further notice. Monday night Paint Nights have been cancelled. There are no other programs or hall rentals scheduled that will be impacted by this closure.

For information regarding Sports cancellations or fee inquiries, please contact the applicable Association governing that sport/team.

The STCC Board will provide updates as necessary.

Effective March 16, the Community Centre will be closed until further notice.
