What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a paddle ball sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, with 26-40 round holes, over a net.
The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules somewhat similar to tennis, with several modifications. -Wikipedia
Basketball
STCC has 3 outdoor basketball hoops available for recreational use, located in our rink and available from May through October.
Basketballs will be available for sign-out when the facility reopens in the fall.
Ball Hockey
Our asphalt rink surface is perfect for recreational Ball Hockey during the summer!
As our rink is used as a multipurpose space for various groups, STCC cannot guarantee the rink will be available.
